Some careers are just a job, but I fell in love with Real Estate in 1973 as a life long Career.. 

I became licensed in 1973 and earned my Brokers license in 1975. Not long I pushed forward learning all I could as a GRI, Graduate of REALTORS Institute 

and Certified RESIDENTIAL Specialist. My Mom was a Real Estate Broker who sold mostly Land, Farms and Ranches in Tarrant, Ellis and Johnson County. 

I was a second generation in Real Estate and very successful, God has been good to me.

Success is not always measured by wealth but also by the service you have given your clients, friends and families. Your heritage and reputation you set as 

standards for practice of your profession. We take our business seriously and with confidentiality. We would love to have the opportunity to prove our services

I’ve always held being a REALTOR as an honor and take it very serious. Staying on top with every advantage learning the latest in each and every aspect of Real Estate. 

I never want to be accused of getting old by failing to learn the latest technology and laws. Real Estate is not a career one takes loosely or casually but seriously to heart. 

We are a smaller company by choice to better serve our clients.

When I began Elaine Dodson REALTORS, Inc. I included the dba DFW REALTORS of Texas knowing someday we may want merge the two companies. 

Well, that day did come. In 2015, my Son Steven Russell joined me in Real Estate, now a third Generation. 

Would you believe he says he really enjoys the same fulfillment in helping his clients reach their goals and dreams? Would you say Steven is a chip off the block? 

I think so, as his Great reputation is SOARING. Steven is extremely successful and building the company hiring and training new agents.
